Refund & Returns Policy
Because all of our products are personalised and made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We are therefore unable to accept returns or offer refunds except in the circumstances set out below. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with an error in the personalisation caused by us, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.Â
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and returned to your original payment method.
Cancellations As production begins promptly after your order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 1 hour of ordering. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Personalisation Errors by the Customer We are unable to offer refunds or replacements where incorrect personalisation details were submitted by the customer. Please double-check all names, dates, and spellings before completing your order.
