1. About Us Personalised Teddies is a UK-based business selling personalised soft toys and gifts.

2. Your Order By placing an order, you confirm that all personalisation details provided are correct. We accept no responsibility for errors in personalisation submitted by the customer. Orders are accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.

3. Personalised & Made-to-Order Products All of our products are personalised and made to order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel. Please check all details carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

5. Production & Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will offer a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is owned by Personalised Teddies and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personalised Teddies shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
