Production Time All of our products are personalised and made to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for your item to be made before it is dispatched.

Delivery All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked as standard, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Once dispatched, delivery is typically within 2–3 working days.

Total Estimated Timeframe From order to delivery, please allow approximately 5–8 working days in total.

Need It Faster? If you need your order urgently, please get in touch before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor your delivery.

International Orders We currently only ship within the United Kingdom via this website. If you are based outside the UK, you can shop with us internationally via our Etsy store: www.etsy.com/shop/personalisedtedd

Busy Periods During peak times (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), production times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to communicate any delays as soon as possible.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided.
