My Grandson list his beloved bun bun so I messaged this company to ask could they do one with a similar message Jo came back to me so fast answered all my questions did a mock up to show me what it woukd be like changed it a little after my request and item was done and delivered all within a week and it's PERFECT just like the original AMAZING SERVICE cant thank Jo enough. Order from this company you will not be dissapointed
